Head downtown if you are ten years old or younger! Merchants downtown and throughout Waterloo will be giving out treats. Look for an orange pumpkin in their window to show that they are participating. Spooky Halloween music over loudspeakers sets the mood downtown!
Event has been moved to Tuesday to coordinate with school schedule of a two-day week because of teacher convention.
City wide trick or treat hours are set by City Hall. This year they are on Sunday, October 30th from 2-5 pm.
