Alternatively, assessment records are available for public viewing during regular business hours Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. in the municipal offices at 136 North Monroe Street in Waterloo.
Each year the City of Waterloo, by state statute, is required to formally schedule periods of time for review of the assessment records. This time is known as "Open Book." This is typically held in early Spring in April.
